1 ½ cups flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 ⅓ cups milk
Good Pantry Maple Buttercream
1. In large bowl mix together first 7 ingredients (adding butter in last).
2. Scoop approximately 1/3 cup of batter onto a heated greased skillet.
3. Cook for approximately 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
4. Pipe some Good Pantry Maple Buttercream on top and enjoy!
Recipe makes about 20 small pancakes.
