1 can chickpeas
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup Good Pantry Maple Buttercream
1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
2. Rinse chickpeas with water and dab dry with paper towel or clean cloth.
3. Pour chickpeas (1 layer) onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from oven and shake lightly to roll chickpeas.
5. Place back in oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, then remove.
6. Microwave Good Pantry Maple Buttercream Frosting in a small bowl until runny.
7. In a separate bowl, lightly mix chickpeas, cinnamon and Good Pantry Maple Buttercream.
8. Pour back on baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes or until caramelized.
9. Remove from oven, cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!
Great as an appetizer!
